As program manager in Alameda Count, the CMA <br />will a~ually prog~ 40% of ~e AB 434 ~nds collected in Al~eda County. The <br />CMA will receive quagerly advancements of ~ese ~nds from ~e Bay ~ea Air <br />Quality Management Dis~ict (BAAQMD), which will ~en be advanced to project <br />spo~ors, pursuant to ~is agreement. <br /> <br />Section 2. DESCtLI:PTION OF PROJECT <br />The CMA has programmed ~4,758of the funds available in the 1993/94 Alameda <br />County allocation Of AB 434 funds to the Sponsor to be used for <br /> Transportati[on Demand Management $11,423 1992/93 <br /> $33,335 1993/94 <br /> <br />Section 3. ADVANCEMENT OF FUNDS <br />Funds for the 1993/94 program will be advanced to the CMA from the BAAQMD in <br />four quarterly installments. A funding agreement between the CMA and the <br />BAAQMD for theFY 93/94 program is expected to be finalized in August 1993. <br />Advancements from the BAAQMD are anticipated within ten (10) working days of <br />August 15, 1993, October i, 1993, January 1, i994 and April. 1, 1994, respectively. <br />Available funds will be advanced to project sponsors based on the percentage each <br />sponsors' project bears to the overall program total. Sponsor must complete the <br />attached "Request For Advancement of Funds" and provide documentation that all <br />previous advancements of funds have been expended prior to any additional <br />advancements. <br /> <br />Section 4. DOCLr~NTATION OF EXPENDITURES <br />Sponsor will submit a report to the CMA within two (2) months of the end of each ' <br />fiscal year which Itemizes the expenditure of the funds. Sponsor will, for the duration <br />of this project and for three (3) years following completion of the training, make <br />available to BAJ~QMD 9r to an independent auditor, all record~ relating to expenses <br />incurred in implementing this training. <br /> <br /> <br />
