EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR'S FEES <br /> <br />The fees of the Program Administrator shall be as follows: <br /> <br />A $750 fee to be paid sixty (60) days before the expected initial <br />occupancy date of the Project. This fee will cover the cost of <br />initial training, forms, etc., with respect to the Developer's <br />reporting responsibilities. The Developer is responsible for <br />pro¥iding training for any new or different staff hired after the <br />initial training or the Developer may contract with the Program <br />Administrator for any desired training at a fee mutually <br />satisfactory to both. <br /> <br />2. $65.00 per certification of tenant eligibility required to be <br /> submitted by the Developer under the Regulatory Agreement. <br /> <br /> Said fees shall be payable quarterly upon receipt by the City (with a copy <br />to the Developer) of an invoice therefor from the Program Administrator. Said <br />fees shall be subject to adjustment annually, upon 30 days written notice from <br />the Administrator to the Developer, the Trustee and the City, such adjustment to <br />reflect the increased cost of clerical and professional staff of the Program <br />Administrator (as determined by the Program Administrator in its sole <br />discretion); provided that no such increase shall exceed 10% per year. <br /> <br />A-1 <br /> <br /> <br />
