Regulatory Agreement within the time set forth in the Regulatory <br />Agreement, the Program Administrator shall immediately give written notice <br />of that fact to the City, the Trustee, the Bank and the Developer. <br /> <br /> 3.2 Compensation. For all services rendered pursuant hereto and all <br />costs and expenses incurred hereunder, the Program Administrator shall be paid <br />the fee described in Exhibit A attached hereto. The Developer hereby <br />unconditionally agrees to pay an amount equal to such fee to the City at the <br />times specified in said Exhibit A, to reimburse the City for the charges of the <br />Program Administrator hereunder. The fee of the Program Administrator shall be <br />paid by the City to the Program Administrator, but the City shall not be <br />obligated to make such payment until it receives the Developer's payment <br />pursuant to the preceding sentence. <br /> <br /> <br />
