ARTICLE V <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS <br /> <br /> 5.1 Execution in Counterparts. This Administration Agreement may be <br />executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an <br />original, and such counterparts shall constitute but one and the same <br />instrument. <br /> <br /> 5.2 Saturdays~ Sundays and Holidays. If any action is required to be <br />taken hereunder on a date which falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, such <br />action shall be taken on the next succeeding business day. <br /> <br /> 5.3 Governin9 Law. This Administration Agreement shall be construed in <br />accordance with tihe laws of the State of California and the obligations, rights <br />and remedies of the parties hereunder shall be determined in accordance with <br />such laws. <br /> <br /> 5.4 Notices. All notices, certificates or other communications hereunder <br />shall be sufficiently given and shall be deemed given when delivered or mailed <br />by registered mail, postage prepaid, addressed to the appropriate notice address <br />set forth in Section 21 of the Regulatory. Agreement, except that any notice, <br />certificate or other communication shall be given to the Program Administrator <br />at: Housing Authority of the County of Alameda, 29800 Mission Boulevard, <br />Hayward, California 94544. <br /> <br /> <br />
