AGREEMENT <br /> REGARDING JOINT PARTICIPATION IN AND FINANCING <br /> OF THE <br />COUNTYWIDE ALAMEDA COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM <br /> <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 6500 and following, effective <br /> ,1995, this Agreement is entered into by the following parties: <br /> <br />Alameda County, a political subdivision of the State of California; <br /> <br />City <br />City <br />City <br />City <br />City <br />City <br />City <br />City <br />City <br />City <br />City <br />City <br />City <br />City <br />RECITALS <br /> <br /> of Alameda, a municipality of the State of California; <br /> of Albany, a municipality of the State of California; <br /> of Berkeley, a municipality of the State of California; <br /> of Dublin, a municipality of the State of California; <br /> of Emeryville, a municipality of the State of California; <br /> of Fremont, a municipality of the State of California; <br /> of Hayward, a municipality of the State of California; <br /> of Livermore, a municipality of the State of California; <br /> of Newark, a municipality of the State of California; <br /> of Oakland, a municipality of the State of California; <br /> of Piedmont, a municipality of the State of California; <br /> of Pleasanton, a municipality of the State of California; <br /> of San Leandro, a municipality of the State of California; <br /> of Union City, a municipality of the State of California. <br /> AND PURPOSES: <br /> <br />The Alameda County Mayors' Conference and Alameda County Board .of <br />Supervisors have jointly agreed to participate in and finance the Countywide <br />Alameda County Economic Development Program as described in the 1994/95 <br />Organizational Plan designated as "Exhibit A" and incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
