FUNDRAISING STRATEGY <br />COUNTY AND CITIE~ <br /> <br />Tarqet: $234,455 <br /> <br />Fundraislna Strateqv: <br /> <br />At the recommendation of the Alameda County City Management Association, the <br />Alameda County Mayor's Conference has agreed in principle with the proposed <br />financing plan. Individual presentations will be made to each city as <br />requested. <br /> <br />The proposed program has been structured to complement and reinforce existing <br />business retention and attraction efforts in the county.
