MODIFICATION OF CONTRACT <br /> <br /> THIS IS A MODIFICATION OF CONTRACT, executed as of ~,~'~'~ of ~ , ~ <br />1980, by and between County of Alameda, hereinafter referred to as "County" a d ~ <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton, hereinafter referred to as "City". <br /> <br />WI TNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the parties hereto have entered into that certain agreement <br /> <br />for fire protection services dated March 11, 1974; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, parties to this agreement now wish to make certain changes, <br />extending the contract for one year and modifying the payments thereunder. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MUTUALLY AGREED that said contract be modified <br /> <br />in the following respects: <br /> <br /> 1. Paragraph 3 is added to Section II to read as follows: <br /> "Notwithstanding other provisions, County will pay the City for <br /> <br />services provided for the year beginning July l, 1980, and ending June 30, 1981, <br />the following amounts in two equal payments, payable on December 1 and June l: <br /> <br /> Service Area <br /> <br />At 1964 Rennen Tract <br />At 1965 Castlewood <br /> <br />At 1965-2 Happy Valley <br />At 1965-3 Stanley Blvd. <br /> <br />Amount <br />$ 1,120.50 <br /> <br /> 18,289.50 <br /> <br /> 8,965.00 <br /> <br /> 827.00 <br /> <br /> 2.
