MODIFICATION OF CONTRACT <br /> <br /> MODIFICATION OF CONTRACT, executed as o{.~lI~dl~fff~, <br /> THIS <br /> I$ <br /> A <br /> <br />1980, by and between County of Alameda, hereinaiter referred to as "Count~" and the <br />City of Pleasanton, hereinafter referred to as "City." <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties hereto have entered in that certain agreement Ior fire <br /> <br />protection services dated March 11, 1974, Contract No. 7061; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, parties to this agreement now wish to make certain changes to extend <br /> <br />the contract for 6 months. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MUTUALLY AGREED that said contract be modified in <br /> <br />the following respects: <br /> <br /> 1. Paragraph 3 oi Section II is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Notwithstanding any other provision, County will pay the City <br /> for services provided for the six months beginning January 1, 1980, and <br /> ending June 30, 1980, in the following amounts on ~une 1, 1980. <br /> <br />Service Area Amount <br /> <br />F-196t~-I Remen Tract $ 1,037.50 <br />F-1965-1 Castlewood $16,934.50 <br />F-1965-2 Happy Valiey $ 8,301.00 <br />F-1965-3 Stanley Boulevard $ 765.50 <br /> <br />2.
