MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br />FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES <br /> <br /> THIS MODIFICATION OFAGRE~ENT, made and entered into this c~day~/ of <br />~-~ __, 1966, by and between the COUNTY OF AIJIMEDA, hereinafter <br />"County," ~nd the CITY OF PLEAS~NTON, hereinafter referred to as "City." <br />WITNESSETH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the County and the City entered into that certain Fire Protection Ser- <br />qices Agreement dated June 30, 1965; and <br /> <br /> WHEREver, the County and the City are desirous of modifying such agreement; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFOre], it is agreed and said agreement is modified as follows: <br /> <br />1. The first paragraph under "WITNESSETH" is modified to read as follows: <br />"WHEREAS the County did establish County Service Are~F-1964-1, F-1965-1, F-1965-2 <br />andF-1965-3, described In Group Exhibit "A," providing for structural fire protection <br />services; and" <br /> <br />2. Said Group Exhibit "A" is attached to this modification of agreement. <br />3. Paragraph II. Payment is modified by the substitution of the amount of <br />$3,640.00 for $225.00 iu Subparagraph i and by the substitution of June 30, 1967 for <br />June 30, 1966 iu Subparagraph 2. <br /> <br /> 4.
