The rendition of services to be performed under this agreement, the standards of performance, the discipline of officere, &ad otheA~ ~attars lnciden~l to the performance of such cervices and the con~ol of pereonnel so employed, shall rerflain in the City. The determination of the Fi~e Chief of the City shall be final end conclusive as between the par~iee hereto as to the exten~ of the duties and functions to be rendered hereunder, or the level or manner of performance of such service. 1.
