8. Termination <br /> <br />This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until Happy Valley Road and the <br />"improvements" are annexed by CITY. Upon CITY's annexation of Happy Valley Road <br />and the "improvements," the COUNTY's obligations for maintenance under the within <br />Agreement shall cease and CITY shall assume all responsibilities associated with the <br /> <br />I hereby certify under penalty of perjury that the President of the Board of Supervisors was duly authorized to <br />execute this document on behalf of the County of Alameda by a majority vote of the Board on 4/09/02 _; and <br />that a copy has been delivered to the President as provided by Government Code Section 25103.
