No <br /> Contractor nor ~.ny member of Contractor's fam/iy shall serYe on a ACMC board, corrzmittee <br /> or hold aa>' such position which either by rule, pranrice, or action nominates, supervises <br /> Contractor's operations, or authorizes ~nding to Contractor. <br /> <br />20 Contractor and Contractor's employees shall comply ,adth the ACMC's policy of maintaining <br /> a drug-5'ee workplace. Neither Contractor nor Contractor's employees shall urHa,,cfully <br /> mgnufacmre, distribute, dispense, possess or use control]ed substances, as defined in 21 U.S. <br /> Code Section 812, including marijuana, heroin, cocaine, 'and arnphetamine? at any ACMC <br /> fac/liD' or work site. If Corm'actor is convicted or pleads nolo contendere to a criminal drug <br /> statute violation occurring at a ACMC £aciliry or work site, the Contractor within five days <br /> thereafter shall notLfy the head of the ACMC department/agency for which the contract <br /> services are performed.
