XI City agrees to Cour. ty's participation in this agreement is based upon the fact that the above sewerage facilities must be constructed and in operation by June 15, 1958, and City further azrees to have constructed and in operation that portion of the sanitary sewerage facilities that arc to be constructed by City prior to that date.
