PROPERTY <br /> <br />IMPROVE~ <br />Standard <br />Standard <br /> <br /> d. <br />coordina' <br />Hacienda <br /> <br /> e. <br />manageme~ <br />IMPROVE~ <br /> <br /> f. <br />inspecti <br />and the <br /> <br /> g. <br />prelimir <br />costs of <br />lump sum <br />shown in <br /> <br /> h. <br /> Caltrans <br /> against <br /> <br /> i. <br /> INITIAL <br /> responsi <br /> <br />RIGHTS, plus accrued interest as specified in Exhibit L. <br /> <br /> Both the INITIAL IMPROVEMENTS and the ADDITIONAL <br /> <br />:NTS shall be designed in accordance with the Caltrans <br />specifications (January 1988) and the appropriate <br />Plans for DUBLIN and PLEASANTON. <br /> <br /> The design of the ADDITIONAL IMPROVEMENTS shall be <br /> <br />:ed with the design of the future northern extension of <br />Drive in DUBLIN. <br /> <br /> PLEASANTON shall provide inspection and construction <br /> <br />~t services for the construction of the INITIAL <br /> <br />~NTS and ADDITIONAL IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br /> PLEASANTON may contract with others for the design, <br /> <br />)n and construction management of the INITIAL IMPROVEMENTS <br />aDDITIONAL IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br /> Following public bidding, PLEASANTON shall calculate the <br />~ry cost of the ADDITIONAL IMPROVEMENTS based on the unit <br /> <br /> the lowest responsible bidder and a portion of applicable <br /> items. The format of the cost shall be similar to that <br /> Exhibit C. <br /> <br /> PLEASANTON has applied for SB 300 funding through <br /> <br /> Any funds received from this fund shall be applied <br /> <br /> :he COST OF CONSTRUCTION as required in Exhibit C. <br /> <br /> PLEASANTON shall award construction contracts for the <br />IMPROVEMENTS and the ADDITIONAL IMPROVEMENTS to the lowest <br />Ole bidder. <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br /> <br />
