DUBLIN agrees to <br />accept such right-of-way for public street <br />purposes no later than the date it accepts <br />the improvements pursuant to Paragraph 7. <br /> <br />The right-of-way required to be dedicated <br />pursuant to subsection (b) of this paragraph <br />and paragraph 4(a), shall be one hundred ten <br />(ll0) feet wide and shall be in a form and <br />location satisfactory to DUBLIN. DUBLIN <br />agrees to accept such right-of-way, for <br />public street purposes no later than the date <br />it accepts the improvements pursuant to <br />Paragraph 7. <br /> <br />The right-of-way required to be dedicated <br />pursuant to subsection (c) of this paragraph, <br />or right-of-entry, easement or similar legal <br />entitlement referred to in subparagraph (d), <br />shall be at least one hundred and sixty (160) <br />feet wide and shall be in a form and location <br />satisfactory to DUBLIN.
