A3-7.412M2 <br /> <br />MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> The Alame<a County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (here- <br />inafter referred to as DISTRICT) and the City of Pleasanton (hereinafter referred <br />to as CITY) hereby ~gree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Recit l~s and Purposes <br /> <br /> This ~odification is made having considered the following facts and is <br />executed to accomplish the purposes hereinafter recited: <br /> <br /> a. DISTRICT and CITY entered into an agreement on November 2, 1971, <br /> <br /> b~ Resolution No. 9633 , providing for the constr~ction of a new <br /> bridge at the Santa Rita Road crossing of the Arroyo Mocho, a <br /> portion of the Special Drainage Area 7-1 Project. <br /> <br /> b. Said agreement contained, in Section 3, Paragraph (a), provision <br /> fo each party to bear one-half of the cost of construction of the <br /> su ect bridge and a timely estimate was made and determined to be <br /> $315,000.00. <br /> c.
