1. Zone 7 shall charge for thc de!ive~ of water in accordance <br />with a rate schedule for water service, as such rate schedule is established <br />or amended by the Board o£ Directors of Zone 7. The £i~st such rate schedule <br />is ~ttached hereto as ',Exhibit B" and shall be effective through December 31s <br />1969. Thereafters the Board of D~ectors shall review said rate schedule <br />every five (5) years to determine whether the schedule is in accordance with <br />the most recant costs and revenues of Zone ?s Accordingly the Board shalls <br />on or before Dece~.~ber 51s 1969s establish a rate schedule for the period <br />commencing January 1, !970~ through December 31~ 1974~ and shall follow said. <br />procedure for each ensuins five-,yaar period. It is agreed that the r. ates~ <br />including but not limited to the recharge fee~ to be so established shall <br />not be unreasonable, arbitrary or unjustly discr~ainatory. <br /> <br /> 2.
