Applicant shall pay She ~ctual total inst~led cost to Zone 7 of all other ~rtions of said t~rnout Tacilities, includi~ but not limited to the necessa~7 valves, reducers, meters, pipi~, meter boxes or vaults, and recording equipmsnt reasonsbly necessary to. meet the standards of Zone 7 as set forth in its rules and regulations referred to in P~ragraph Q hereof. In the case of t~nouts requested by Applicant subsequent to the construction of the co[mecting Zone 7 pipeliDe, Applicant shall p~y for the nozzle outlet portion of th9 turnout, as well as all costs set forth above.. Title to all turnouts smd to all appurtenances thereto hareafter installed shall be in Zone 7, and Appltcm%t shall h~ve no obligation to operate, maintain, repair, replace or relocate the ss]r~e, except as provided in the rules ~d regnlations set forth in Paragraph Q hereof. Applic~t ~rther. agrees to promptly pay when billed therefor all costs, as set forth .above, of such t~nouts ~d/or costs of modification~ thereto undertaken in accordance with the then applicable provisions of Zone 7's rules and re~lati6n~ referred to in Par~raph Q[. A~lfcant agrees that all turnouts shall have a minim~ nominal meter 4f~eter of eight (8) inches.
