Neither Zone 7 nor az~y of its offieers~ age,its or employees shall <br />be liable for the control~ carr~age~ handling~ use~ disposal or distribution <br />of water supplied to Applicant by Zone 7 after such water has passed the <br />turnout facilities~ nor for ela~u of dsmage of any nature whatsoever~ including <br />but not limited to property dsm~ge, personal inj~m,y or death~ sn~ising out of or <br />conuected with the ¢ontrol~ carriage~ hsmdling~ us% disposal or distribution <br />of such wrater beyond said turnout facilities~ and Applicant shall indmimify and <br />hold harmless Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District and <br />its Zone 7, their directors, officers~ agents, servants and employees from any <br />such damages or claims of damages. <br /> <br /> <br />
