CiTY OF PLEASAr, ITON <br />60IIHTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> ,~ I, , ,- OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ~SOLUTiON NO.70-252 <br /> <br /> RE: RECREATIONAL USE AGREEMENT WITH ALAMEDA COUNTY <br /> FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council did,at its December 21, 1970, meeting con- <br /> sider a proposed agreement with the Alameda County Floc <br /> District whereby District would license City to use <br /> District owned portions of the Arroyo Del Valle and oth~ <br /> district properties for recreational purposes consisten~ <br /> with the use of such properties for flood control pur- <br /> poses. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
