Prepare detailed cost estimate and breakdown. <br /> <br />Prioritize project elernents and define options. <br /> <br />Present schematic master plan and report with cost estimate and <br />recommendations to City for selection of final project scope. <br /> <br />Working Drawing Phase <br /> <br />1. Prepare and furnish complete working drawings~ based upon the Scheme <br /> and Scope of Work selected by City. <br /> <br />2. Prepare and ~urnish final specifications. <br /> <br />3. Prepare and furnish bidding documents. <br /> <br />~.. Prepare and furnish final cost estimate. <br /> <br />Provide fifty (50) complete sets of drawings and specifications. <br /> <br />C. Construction Phase <br /> <br />1. Perform iield construction staking. <br /> <br />2. Perform review of contractors submittals and shop drawings. <br /> <br />3. Perform routine consultation during construction on request of City for <br /> plan interpretation and processing of routine Change Orders. <br /> <br />D. Extra Work <br /> <br />Perform any work requested by City beyond the scope o! services hereinabove <br />defined. <br /> <br /> <br />
