For those services described under Section I.A, maximum compensation <br />will be the lump sum of Twenty Eight Thousand do]Jars ($28,000). <br /> <br />Compensation for Section ].B shall be based on a percentage of ~,ctual <br />construction cost~ ran~in~ :[rom 7.00% :for $500~000 of construction cost <br />to 6.22% :[or $1,000,000 of construction cost, prorated proportionally ;[or <br />costs within the range, plus a fixed sum o5 $1,800 to cover the cost o5 <br />printing the first fi:fly (50) sets of Plans and Specifications. <br /> <br />For the services described under 5ection I.C.I, compensation shall be one <br />and one-hall percent (1-1/296) of construction cost. Comper{§ation for <br />services described under Section I.C.2 and I.C.3 shall be included within <br />the compensation provided for Section I.B services. <br /> <br />For services described under Section ].D, compensation shall be on a time- <br />and-materials basis according to the hourly rate schedule attached as <br />"EXHIBIT A". <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT shall provide all necessary sub-consultants to <br />complete the work under Section ].A, B, C and D as part of Fee Proposal <br />given above. <br /> <br />Cost of Construction shall be construed to mean either (t) final cost paid <br />~o contractor, or (2) total cost indicated by an awarded construction <br />contract, or (3) most up-to-date estimate of construction cost based upon <br />completed plans (listed in order of preference). Final [ayment o! :lee <br />shall be based upon actual final construction cost for constructed work <br />including Change Orders, and on CONSULTANT'S most up-to-date and <br />approved cost estimate lot work designed but not constructed. <br /> <br />B. Reproduction Reimbursement <br /> <br />CITY agrees to reimburse CONSULTANT :[or reproduction of brochures, <br />blueprints, mylars, negatives, specHications, or other materials that are <br />necessary for the production of the contract documents lor the PRO3ECT with <br />the exception that CONSULTANT shall pay lot the reproduction of fifty (50) <br />complete sets of contract documents for the PRO3ECT :[or bidding purposes. <br />The basis for reimbursement will be CONSULTANT'S cost plus 25%. <br /> <br /> <br />
