<br />(A~94539), Official Records of Alameda County, California, particularly
<br />described as follows:

<br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the centerline of the Pleasanton
<br />Canal with the northeastern line of Ropyard Road (County Road No. 2528) as
<br />sho~rn on Record of Survey No. 515 filed November 16, 1973. in Book 9 of
<br />Records of Survey at pages 40 through 42, Official Records of Alameda County,
<br />California; thence along said centerllne of Pleasanton Canal North 64° 16'
<br />43" Bast, 2141.48 feet and North 56° 44' 05" East, 506.79 feet to the
<br />northwesterly line of Tract 3254 aa shown on said tract filed for record
<br />October 8, 1971, in Book 71 of Maps at pages IO-14, Official Records of
<br />Alameda County, California; thence along said northwesterly line of Tract 3254
<br />South 33° 15' 55' Bast, 36.00 feet and South 56° 44' 05' West, 471.44
<br />feet; thence continuing along the northwesterly line of said Tract 3254 and
<br />along the northwesterly lime of Parcels 1, 2, and A as shown on Parcel Map
<br />2884, filed February 1, 1980, in Book 116 of Parcel Maps at pages 23 and 24,
<br />Official Records of Alameda County, California, South 64° 19' 53' West,
<br />2167.54 feet to the aforementioned northeastern line of topyard Road; thence
<br />along said northeastern line of Bopyard Road North 50° 59' 17' West, 32.13
<br />feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

<br />forwarded to GRANTEE upon his receipt of GRANTEE's Quitclaim Deeds conveying

<br /> RE IT PURTMER RESOLVED, that the last said Quitclaim Deeds be and the
