EXHIBIT A-Z LAND TO BE QUITCLAIMED FROM CITY OF PLEASANTON TO ALAJqEDA COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT, ZONE 7 "PARCEL A-g" ALSO DESIGNATED AS "R/W NO. 7568" July 28, 1986 All that real property situated in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: COMMENCING at the Standard City Monument near the intersection of centerlines of Stoneridge Drive and Johnson Drive in Pleasanton, Alameda County, California. Thence southerly along the centerline of Johnson Drive S 6° 08' 14" W 408.71 feet; thence at right angles to said centerline S 83° 51' 46" E 24.87 feet to a point on the westerly edge of a strip of land owned by Alameda County Flood Control District, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; thence along a curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 218.00 feet, a central angle of 70° 34' 32" and a length of 268.53 feet, the radius point of said curve being S 83° 51' 46" E 218.00 feet from the beginning of said curve; thence N 76° 42' 46" E 448.40 feet; thence N 83° 51' 46" W 26.46 feet; thence along a non-tangent curve concave to the north having a radius of 854.00 feet, a central angle of 5° 50' 00" and a length of 86.95 feet, the radius point of said curve being N 2° 11' 18" W 854.00 feet from the point of beginning of said curve; thence N 86° 21' 18" W 183.59 feet; thence through a tangent curve concave to the north having a radius of 4044.12 feet, a central angle of 2° 14' 08", a length of 157.79 feet; thence S 51° 08' 14" W 161.56 feet; thence,S, 6° 08' 14" W 220.51 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description..
