The existing building housing a water production <br /> facility (well) located on adjacent Zone 7 <br /> property will be renovated. <br /> <br /> c. The Site may be graded and filled as appropriate <br /> <br /> to peznnit the proposed development. <br /> <br /> d. Utilities and easema~ts may be relocated as <br /> appropriate to oermit the proposed development. <br /> The headquarters building for Zone 7 will be <br /> constructed ~n the Site. <br /> <br /> f~ An area may be set aside for a future water <br /> treatment plant. <br /> <br /> A parking area will be c~nstructed and it may <br /> be used by ~ub!ic ~isitoz-.~ to ~:be S~oz-ts <br /> Park and by Zone 7.
