A portion of that certain parcel of land described in said Quitclaim Deed and delineated on those certain maps entitled, "Record of Survey, etc., City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, R/S No. 515" filed November 16, 1973 in Book 9 of Records of Survey at Pages 40 through 42 and "Amended Record of Survey, etc., City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, R/S No. 515" filed January 6, 1976 in Book 10 of Records of Survey at Page 10 as "Lands of the City of Pleasanton," and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the most northeasterly corner of that certain 0.397 acre parcel of land described in said Quitclaim Deed aa Parcel 1 Exception and delineated as "Lands of U.S.A. Parcel 1 Exception RE 2903 IM 282" on said Record of Survey Maps; TtlENCE from said POINT OF BEGINNING northeasterly along the prolonga- tion of the northerly line of said Parcel 1 Exception North 61° 36' 35" East 115.O0 feet to a point; THENCE southeasterly ~iong a line South 51e 46' l0w East 200.58 feet to a point, said line being parallel and 301.57 feet distant measured at right angles to the center line of Hopyard Road, 136.00 feet In width as ahown on that certain ~u~p e~titled "Tract 4551, Parkslde, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, etc.," filed October 3, 1980, Recorder'B Series Number 80-173083, in Book 122 of ~ps at Pages 16 through 22, said center line bearing North 51° 46' 10" West also being the basis of bearing of th~ description; THENCE southwesterly at right angles to the right along a line parallel and seventy one (71) feet distant measured at right angles to the center line of Parkside Drive ninety two (92) feet in width as shown on said Tract 4551 map South 38° 13' 50" West 187.57 feet to a point;
