the License and privilege to use certain real properties for emergency vehicle <br />access use. Said property shall be known as Arroyo Mocho, Zone No. 7. Such <br />License shall be, subject to Licensor's continuing and superior rights for <br />flood control and water conservation activities, for the purpose of providing <br />emergency vehicle access; Licensee accepts aaid License and responsibility, <br />and both parties agree to the conditions hereinafter set forth: <br /> <br /> I <br /> <br /> PROPERTY gIGHTS. This License and its acceptance and exercise grants <br />no property interest or estate in the aforesaid real properties to Licensee <br />other than as herein set forth. <br /> <br /> II <br /> <br /> TERM AND TERMINATION. This License is granted for a term of <br />twenty-five (25) years from the date hereof with an option to Licensee of <br />renewal for additional periods of twenty-five (25) years thereafter upon <br />application therefor accompanied by a showing of faithful exercise thereof <br />according to the covenants herein. <br /> <br /> This original grant or any renewal thereof may be terminated by the <br />Licensor. The Licensee or Licensee's successors in interest shall be given <br />one hundred eighty (180) days notice of Licensor's intention to revoke or <br />terminate this license. <br /> <br /> Licensee may terminate this License upon sixty (60) days written <br />notice to Licensor. <br /> <br /> <br />
