- 2 - <br /> <br />Zone 7 shall furnish City one copy of the environmental <br />assessment as performed for incorporation into any reports <br />to be'published by City. <br /> <br />Zone 7 shall meet with the technical staff of the City and <br />other pertinent agencies involved as necessary to complete <br />the assessmenmunder item l(a). Zone 7 will present one (1) <br />preliminary draft report of the assessment to the City for <br />review prior to completion of required work under item l(a). <br /> <br />~ity Furnished Items. City shall furnish as requested by Zone 7 <br />all pertinent existing or new technical, engineering and <br />biological data not otherwise available to Zone 7 in order to <br />provide the services in item l(a). <br /> <br />O~ership of Work. Ail documents, data, studies, snrveys, <br />drawings, maps, and reports furnished to Zone 7 by the City, <br />shall be considered the property of City and upon request, at the <br />completion of the services to be performed, they will be returned <br />to City. All reports and supporting data prepared by Zone 7 shall <br />remain the property of Zone 7. The City will be furnished copies <br />of all such reports and supportive data as it shall request. <br /> <br />Delivery. Ail materials to be furnished to the C~ty by Zone 7 <br />pursuant to the provisions hereof shall be delivered to the <br />Planning Department, City of Pleasanton, 200 Bernal Avenue, <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566. <br /> <br />Term. It is recognized by both parties hereto that time is of <br />'the essence in the performance of this agreement. In this regard, <br />Zone 7 shall complete any and all reports in a timely fashion. <br />The parties contemplate that the report shall be delivered to City <br />within four weeks of execution of this Agreement. <br /> <br />P__aymeng. For the services to be rendered hereunder, City shall <br />reimburse Zone 7 for all actual costs of time and materials <br />utilized on the projects listed in item l(a). Payment shall be <br />made to Zone 7 upon receipt of Zone 7's invoice for work done. <br />Zone 7 shall maintain adequate records to support that invoice. <br /> <br />C_hanges. The City of Pleasanton may, from time to time, request <br />changes in the scope of services performed by Zone 7. Any change <br />shall be mutually agreed upon between City and Zone 7. <br /> <br />Termination for Convenience of Cit%. The City may terminate this <br />agreement at any t~me by mailing a notice in writing to Zone 7 <br />that the agreement is terminated. Said agreement shall be deemed <br /> <br /> <br />
