The underground utility facilities placed within the above <br /> described'easement area may include ground level vaults~ <br /> access and other above ground appurtenant facilities neces- <br /> sary for the installation and maintenance of the utilities <br /> therein, as approved by GRANTOR. <br /> <br />5. In the event the easement area fs not used by GRANTEE for a <br /> consecutive period of twelve (i2) months, said non-use shall <br /> constitute abandonment and GRANTEE or its successors or <br /> assigns shall deliver a good and sufficient quitclaim deed to <br /> GRANTOR, at no cost, for the above described easement area. <br /> <br />6. GRANTOR reserves the right to use the easement area in any <br /> way and for any purpose not inconsistent with the rights <br /> herein granted, including the right to grant easement rights <br /> to others. <br /> <br /> 7.
