<br /> APPROVE CONVEYANCE OF U NDE RS ROU ND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEFENT TO THE
<br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON IN CONNECTION WITH THE WIDENING AND II~:ROVENENT OF
<br />STONERIDGE DRIVE: EXECUTE GRANT OF EASE{VENT: SET TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation
<br />District is the fee simple owner of the hereinafter described real
<br />property, which said property is a portion of Line G-1-1, Zone 7 project of
<br />said District and the District facilities therein consist of an earth-
<br />lined, open channel; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has completed the extension of
<br />the concrete box that is located in the channel and the necessary street
<br />improvements to widen Stoneridge Drive, including the installation of
<br />utilities immediately adjacent thereto; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has requested the conveyance of a
<br />non-exclusive underground public utility easement, hereinafter referred to
<br />as "Public Service Easement," adjacent to the aforesaid widened Stonerldge
<br />Drive in, under and across that certain real property of Alameda County
<br />Flood Control and Water Conservation District hereinabove referred to and
<br />more particularly designated and described as;
<br />

<br /> All that certain real property situated in the
<br />City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of
<br />California, described as follows:
<br />
<br /> An easement for public services and appurtenances
<br />thereto, over, under, along and across that certain
<br />parcel of land'more particularly described as follows:
<br />
<br /> COMMENCING at the point of intersection of the
<br />eastern line of that certain parcel of land described
<br />in the deed from Alberta S. Kimball, a widow, and
<br />Edward F. Leyhe and Chomell P. Leyhe, his wife, to
<br />Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation
<br />District, dated November 23, 1970, and recorded June
<br />14, 1971, in Reel 2873 of Official Records at image 70
<br />thereof (71-71836), Records of Alameda County,
<br />California, with the direct production easterly of a
<br />line drawn parallel with and distant northerly
<br />therefrom, 6.50 feet, measured at right angles thereto,
<br />the northern line of that certain parcel of land
<br />described in the deed from Alberta S. Kimball, a widow,
<br />and Edward F. Leyhe, a married man, as his separate
<br />property, to the City of Pleasanton, dated May 8, 1978,
<br />and recorded May 25, 1978, in Reel 5410 of Official
<br />Records at image 1 thereof (78-098518), Records of
<br />Alameda County, California, and running thence along
<br />said line so produced and along said parallel line,
<br />South 76° 42' 46n West (the bearing of said northern
<br />line being taken as South 76° 42~ 46" West for the
<br />
