EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />phase I -- Medical Office Building and Any_ Necessarily Related Building~ <br /> <br /> Plans for a two-story, approximately 40,000 sq. ft. medical office <br /> building are before various City bodies for approval now. <br /> <br />Phase II -- Medical Office Buildin and An Necessarily Related Buildings <br /> <br /> Construction shall be limited in the following ways: <br /> <br />Phase rrr -- <br /> <br />1. Building permits shall not be issued prior to September 30, 1985. <br /> <br />2. The height of the proposed building shall not exceed three stories <br /> <br /> above ground. <br /> <br />Hospital and/or Medical Office Buildin~ Necessaril}[ <br />Related B uil din~[.~ <br /> <br />Construction shall be limited in the following ways: <br /> <br />1. Building permits shall not be issued prior to September 30, 1991. <br /> <br />2. Construction of the hospital may not commence until the zoning of <br /> the property so permits. <br /> <br />3. The height of the proposed building(s) shall not exceed three <br /> stories above ground. <br /> <br /> <br />
