Damages upon Termination. In no event shall either party <br /> <br /> be entitled to any damages against the other party upon termination of <br /> this Agreement. <br /> <br /> 20. Attorneys Fees and Costs. If'legal action by either party <br /> <br /> is brought because of breach of this Agreement or to enforce a provision <br /> of this Agreement, the prevailing party is entitled to reasonable <br /> attorneys fees and court costs.- <br /> <br /> 21.
