year period during which building permits must be obtained, <br />commencing on August 24, 1982; this one year tolling period <br />shall run consecutively with any other tolling period or <br />periods which affect these eighteen (18) permits, such as the <br />lack of RAP approval, for all or part of the one year period. <br /> <br /> 3. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be <br />construed to affect, or to require Pleasanton to grant, exten- <br />sions of the RAP approvals granted with respect to the Property. <br /> <br /> 4.
