TMI, its successors in interest or assigns, from submitting plans <br />and development proposals for the Property to Pleasanton, including, <br />but not limited to, the submission of precise plans, subdivision <br />maps and building permit applications during the period in <br />which the issuance of building permits is forbidden by this <br />agreement or at any other time. <br /> <br /> 3. It is mutually understood and agreed that the <br /> <br />effect of this agreement is to extend until August 3, 1985, the <br />time within which building permits can be obtained for the <br />Property by TMI, its successors in interest or assigns, without <br />the expiration of all or any portion of the 234 Sewer Permits. <br /> <br /> 4.
