16. That the developer's contractor obtain an encroachment permit from the City and/or the County prior to construc- tion. 17. That all recommendations of the geologic report prepared for this property be complied with. 18. That there be no further subdivision of the subject pro- perty without sewer connections having been issued for the property by the City of Pleasanton. 19. That the residences on all four lots be required to connect to the City water system, and that no new wells be developed in the subject property without prior County and City approval. 20. That applicant shall enter into an agreement with the City to provide for the enforcement of mitigation measures 1-4 listed on attached Negative Declaration materials prior to filing of a parcel map with the County Recorder. 21. That the developer shall grant to the City an irrevocable offer of dedication for a recreational easement for that part of the subject property contained within the top of bank of the channel of the Arroyo de la Lagunao This offer shall be recorded prior to recordation of the parcel map and shall be in a form acceptable to the City Attorney. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
