Add <br /> <br />Condition No. 35 as follows: <br /> <br />"That the developer file a parcel map combining <br />all three lots to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer;" and <br /> <br />Add'Condition No. 36 as follows: <br /> <br />,That the developer shall submit a revised land- <br />scape plan for the front setback area of the devel- <br />opment to the Design Review Board for approval; said <br />landscape plan shall include berming and trees in the <br />south half of the area." <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />2.
