DESIGN REVIEW BOARD <br />CITY ~F ?LEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. R-83-23 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING <br />DESIGN PLANS FOR DR. DONALD CLEMEN$0N <br />AS FILED. UNDER CASE Z-83-160 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Dr. Donald Clemenson has applied for design review <br />approval of an approximately 13;000 sq. ft. office building <br />and related facilities proposed for an approximately one <br />acre parcel located just north of 2324 Santa Rita Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "0" (Office) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at their duly noticed public hearing of September 14, 1983 <br />the Design Review Board approved a Negative Declaration <br />for case Z-83-160 as herein described; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at this same duly noticed public hearing the Design Review <br />Board considered all public testimony, relevant documents <br />and recommendations of the City Staff. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE DESIGN REVIEW'BOARD OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. Approves Case Z-83-160 as herein described subject <br />to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
