(continued) <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That in the area between the fence and curb the <br />applicant shall install an irrigation system; that broad <br />leaf deciduous trees be installed a minimum of 30' <br />on center spacing and shall be a minimum of 15 gallons <br />in size; that shrubs shall be installed a minimum of <br />6' on center; and that ground cover shall be <br />installed a minimum of 12" on center. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days from <br /> September 14, 1983 or on the day following the next meeting <br /> of the Council (9/28/83), whichever is later, unless an <br /> appeal has been taken to the Council, or unless Council <br /> shall elect to review the decision of the Board.
