I am a resident of Stoneridge <br />townhomes on Springdale Avenue. I have received the Notice of Intent to Adopt an Initial <br />Study. As a resident of the city, I am really opposed to the commercial development so <br />close to the residential area owing to risks of traffic congestion and environmental and <br />noise pollution and would like to register my reservations for the commencement of this <br />project.
