DESIGN REVIEW BOARD CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF AL~2~EDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. R-81-25 A RESOLUTION OF THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD APPROVING DESIGN PLANS OF KAISER FOUNDATION HEALTH PLAN, INC.t AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-81-65. WHEREAS , Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. has applied for design review approval of a 46,400 sq. ft. medical office building to be located on their 5.4 acre site (Phase I) at the southwest corner of Springdale Avenue and Stoneridge Mall Road; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 16, 1981 at which time all pertinent documents and public testimony were con- sidered. '~ NOW, THEREFORE, THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Design Review Board approves case Z-81-65 as petitioned subject to the staff report to that Board .dated July 16, 1981 with the following changes: That the development be substantially as shown on the site plan and elevations, Exhibit A (Revised), and the landscape plan, Exhibit B, seen for the first time July 16, 1981, and that enclosed glass vestibules may be constructed at the front and rear entrances of the building. That a final landscape plan be submitted to the Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of a building permit and if agreement cannot be arrived at between the applicant and staff, the matter will be referred back to the Design Review Board for final action. That the roof screen for mechanical equipment shall be constructed of metal to match the building, if the exterior building material is anything different than shown on Exhibit A, the final proposal shall be submitted by the applicant to the Design Review Board for approval. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective the day after notification to City Council or July 29, 1981. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Design Review Board of the City of Pleasanton EXHIBIT "B"
