The program talks about preserving rent <br />restriction as long as possible yet also states that since 2001 they are all in <br />perpetuity or 99 year leases. That seems contradictory. Which is correct? <br />11.Add a program to actively pursue the Emergency Shelter/Low Barrier <br />Navigation Center detailed in the Constraints portion of the Housing <br />Element.
