BE IT FURTHER MUTUALLY AGREED that Section II, TERM AND TERMINATION, <br />be modified to read as follows: <br />II <br />TERM AND TERMINATION. This License is granted for <br />a term of twenty-five (25) years from the date hereof <br />with an option to Licensee of renewal for additional <br />periods of twenty-five (25) years thereafter upon <br />application therefor accompanied by a showing of faithful <br />exercise thereof according to the covenant herein. <br />This original grant or any renewal thereof may be <br />terminated by the Licensor. The Licensee or Licensee's <br />successors in interest shall be given one hundred eighty <br />(180) days notice of Licensor's intention to revoke or <br />terminate this license. <br />Licensee may terminate this License upon sixty (60) <br />days written notice to Licensor. <br />On termination Licensee shall remove the <br />improvements and refinish,the area at Licensee's expense <br />to the satisfaction of Licensor, if required by Licensor. <br />(3) <br />
