Exhibit A <br />PROPERTY <br />The land referred to is situated in the County of Alameda, City of Pleasanton, State of <br />California, and is described as follows: <br />Portion of Plot No. 20, as said Plot is shown on the Map of the Pleasanton Homesteads, filed <br />March 7, 1885, in Book 6 of Maps at Page 30, in the Office of the County reorder of Alameda <br />County, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the Northwestern line of said Plot No. 20 with the Southwestern <br />line of Spring Street as said street is shown on said Map; and running thence along the <br />Northwestern line of said Plot No. 20, South 410 30' West 393.36 feet; thence South 480 30' <br />East 205 feet; thence North 410 30' East 459.26 feet to the Southern line of Spring Street, <br />formerly Kottinger Avenue, as said Avenue is shown on said Map; thence along the last named <br />line and along the general Southern line of Spring Street, as said Street is shown on said Map <br />North 610 30' West 170.21 feet, South 410 30' West 9.90 feet and North 720 07' West 43.56 <br />feet to the point of beginning. <br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion lying within the lines of Spring Street as widened by deed <br />from John B.
