e <br />0 <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-492 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE <br />AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC AND WESTERN PACIFIC FOR <br />VALLEY AVENUE EXTENSION PROJECT <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the Construction and <br />Maintenance Agreement between the City of Pleasanton, <br />Southern Pacific Transportation Company and Western <br />Pacific Railroad Company, regarding the Valley Avenue <br />Extension project, a copy of which is attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br />agreement. <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 28, 1986 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br />ABSTAIN: None c/ <br />ATTEST: , <br />James R.
