GRANTOR reserves the general right to itself, its successors <br />and assigns, to use and to permit others to use the land shown <br />on Exhibit A for any purpose not inconsistent with the right hereby <br />granted. <br />This instrument is subject to all outstanding and superior <br />conditions, limitations, restrictions, encumbrances, easements, <br />licenses, or interests of any person which may affect the said <br />land; and the word "grant," as used herein, shall not be construed <br />as a covenant against the existence of any thereof. <br />That if the land described in Exhibit A or any portion thereof <br />shall cease to be a public highway, then and in that event the right <br />hereby given shall as to such portion or portions, as the case may <br />be, thereupon cease and determine, and GRANTOR, its successors and <br />assigns, shall resume. possession thereof the. same as though this <br />instrument had not been executed <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this <br />Highway Grant as of the day of <br />, 19 <br />Witness: THE WESTERN PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY <br />(a, V l .
