For a period nat to extend beyond' - 1 19 0 <br />Railroad hereby permits Contractor to enter upon tne property of Railroad <br />a r- in the County <br />of State of <br />for ccnstruction of <br />2. Contractor warrants that Contractor has entered into a contract <br />wi th t <br />termed "Third Party", covering the work to be performed in <br />connection wit' - said structure at said location. <br />3. Contractor aqree*s to reimburse Railroad for all cost and ex -Dense <br />incurred by Railroad in connection with the construction or operation not <br />reculre-_i under a,.Loresaid contract between Third Party and Contractor, <br />inclucinc, but not limited to, the furnishing of such inspectors, watch- <br />men and ilaamen as Railroad deems necessary to protect its property, <br />tracks, encines, trains and cars and the operation thereof, tae installa- <br />tion an4 removal of any necessary falsework beneath the tracks of Railroad <br />and t",e restoration of Railroad's property. No vehicular crossing over <br />R-ilrcad's track shall be installed or used by Contractor without prior <br />%-:ritten oermission of Raiizoad. <br />4. Contractor shall give Railroad at least five (5) days' notice - <br />in advance of any work done upon or adjacent to Railroad's property under <br />said contract. Contractor snall notify Railroad the date said work is <br />completed, and also the date the Contractor's work is accepted by Third <br />Party. Upon completion of the work to be done upon Railroad's property <br />under said contract, Contractor shall promptly remove from Railroad's <br />prolzerty all tools, equipment and materials placed thereon by the Contrac- <br />tor and Contractor's agents. Contractor shall restore said property to <br />the same state and condition as when Contractor entered thereon and shall <br />leave said property in a clean and presentable condition. <br />3. Said work shall be performed in accordance with plans and speci- <br />ilcatLcns approved by Railroad and in such manner and at such times as <br />shall d6tlendanger or interfere with the safe operation of the tracks <br />RR -C-1 <br />PAGE 4 <br />
