At this time the Tribe has no <br />further information to supply about the proposed site for this plan. As always we encourage <br />developers in our traditional territories to remain cognizant of the facts that our tribal people lived all <br />over the Bay Area and because of colonization and genocidal practices that reached into the <br />late 19th century and early 201hCentury,it is not always possible to know for certain if you may find <br />cultural resources or burials at sites where you anticipate ground disturbance.
