I live at _ MARTIN AVE_ in <br />Pleasanton. I have reviewed the proposed project P21-0132, P21-0133, PUD -142 at 3707 Trenery Drive and am in <br />support of the proposed lot split and development of the two new homes. I also want to state that I fully support the <br />two story home proposed on Parcel A which fronts Martin Avenue. There is already an overwhelming precedence of <br />two story homes in that area. I see no reason to change that at this point in time with only a handful of lots left to be <br />built on.
