I live at Persimmon Circle, Pleasanton CA <br />94588, in Pleasanton. I have reviewed the proposed project P21-0132, P21-0133, PUD -142 at 3707 Trenery Drive <br />and am in support of the proposed lot split and development of the two new homes. I also want to state that I fully <br />support the two story home proposed on Parcel A which fronts Martin Avenue. There is already an overwhelming <br />precedence of two story homes in that area. I see no reason to change that at this point in time with only a handful <br />of lots left to be built on.
