I live at Foxford Way in Dublin, <br />I have reviewed the proposed project P21-0132, P21-0133, PUD -142 at 3707 Trenery Drive and am <br />in support of the proposed lot split and development of the two new homes. <br />I also want to state that I fully support the two story home proposed on Parcel A which fronts Martin <br />Avenue. There is already an overwhelming precedence of two story homes in that area. I see no <br />reason to change that at this point in time with only a handful of lots left to be built on. I urge the <br />Planning Commission to approve this application.
